Ever since the floods in Punjab occurred, Baba Sukha Singh ji, head of Sampardai Kar Sewa Sant Baba Tara Singh (Sarhali Sahib), has been out with his sewadars and volunteers to assist with food distribution and embankment reinforcement efforts. They have worked tirelessly every single day for the betterment of the affected communities who have not received any assistance from authorities.

Flood mitigation efforts continue late into the night, sometimes beyond 3am. The volunteers and sewadars work tirelessly for over 15 hours at a stretch with few breaks in between. They understand what's at stake for the affected villagers and want to do all they can to help.
